I JUST ACCEPTED INTO THE @Twitch BLACK UNITY GUILD 🔥 I’m grateful for this opportunity to be apart of a great guild! Glad to be apart of this and ready to see what’s in store.
DON’T announce anything. Don’t let people know you applied for a promotion until you’re already in the new office. Don’t post milestones. Don’t crowdsource opinions. Don’t invite commentary.
Simply move with intention. Quiet. Focused. Certain. Protect your plans while they’re still fragile. DON’T let your joy be diluted by outside noise. Let things grow roots before you show the world the bloom.
It isn’t secrecy. It’s discernment. It’s peace. It’s self-trust. Sometimes the strongest people are the ones who build their lives softly, without applause, and let their results speak when they’re ready.
Just a friendly reminder:
1. Men need women
2. Women need men
3. 50/50, 100/0, 70/30 is cool - DO YOU!
4. A cheater will cheat on anyone.
5. Being single is fine if you’re happy
6. There is nothing wrong with a 9-5
7. Health is the only real wealth
8. Social media is not real
your 20s are also losing friends, facing failure, watching your parents get older, worrying about being alone forever, seeing your body change, quitting terrible jobs, rediscovering childhood hobbies, learning how to say no, moving back home, the identity crisis that comes out of nowhere, questioning true happiness, losing yourself and then finding your way back
don't know who needs to hear this, but start living. The days are flying by, and all you do is work, pay bills, and stress. Enjoy what you can- walks, sunsets, music, laughter and nature. Joy doesn't have to be expensive.
You deserve it.
If I’m being completely honest, half the things I went through were because of me, my lack of discipline, ignoring my gut feelings, my inability to set boundaries, say NO when necessary, and my poor decision-making.
HOT TAKE: Any FULL TIME job should earn enough to pay bills, buy a house, take yearly holidays, pay gym membership, groceries, etc. without any stress.
Remember this:
even if you go for it and it doesn't work out, you still win. you had the guts to head into the unknown and try something that scared you. this type of bravery takes you places.
