Osho wonders what we eat and what we drink: You don't like to drink pure water. You prefer Coca-Cola...as is the trend.

Every thought seems true.
Realise it's only a thought.
No matter how true it seems, it's only a thought.
What thought tells us is not happening in this moment, so what value it holds?
We don't have to believe thoughts.
Let them come, notice they are here. Note what they tell you. Let them go as they wish.
They are anyway talking about something imaginary, something that is not real right now in this moment.
I have no compulsion to believe my thoughts. That's why I'm free.
Light the Inner Lamp: #Meditation Is Possible for Everyone — #Osho
Samadhi means that the being has become so aware that no darkness remains, all has become illuminated. A lamp of awareness has been lit deep within.
Samadhi does not mean sleep and unconsciousness; it means awareness, alertness. A man in samadhi remains aware and awake all his life, every moment, every breath…
I don’t call chanting or repetition meditation.
Meditation means two things: making the effort to meditate and creating awareness inside oneself…
You have been told for thousands of years that meditation is a very difficult thing, that it is available only to some rare people, that it is like walking on the edge of a sword, and this and that….
All these things have created a feeling in your mind that meditation is for rare people, that it is not for everybody. “All that we can do is pray and worship, or chant “Ram, Ram” or sing some devotional songs non-stop for days together, usually very loudly into a microphone so that not only are we benefited, but all the neighbors also!”
You think that this is all that is possible for you and meditation is only for the very few. This is all wrong. Meditation is possible for every person.
Meditation is so simple that it is difficult to find a man for whom meditation is not possible. But you have to prepare: you have to understand your capacity, your role and your attitude when you enter into such simplicity.
It is very simple, it is as simple as the most simple thing can be. As simply as a bud becomes a flower, just as simply, man’s mind can become meditative.
