Tried check in at 5:00PM at @ShowboatHotel after staying in line for 30 min and they said the room isn’t ready. Standard check in time is 4:00PM. When we said that’s very inconvenient, we received a rude response saying “it’s inconvenient for us too”. What’s the standard policy??
