@Vinay_R More than system the best players first need to be there.. I'd have aubameyang, Pepe, and ozil as first three names.. then build around it.. probably a 433 or a 4231..

The manager's biggest responsibility is to find a system that gets the best out of squad he has. Not try to squeeze the squad into system he likes best. Arsenal have a better squad than the likes of Villa, Southampton and others. Performances and results should be much better

The biggest problem that Arteta doesn't seem to notice is the abject lack of technical quality in the attacking areas. He makes it worse by playing his only two midfielders deep and wide. Big hole in front of opp box where Arsenal have no presence/control

Another big worry is that his learning curve seems very flat... For instance, keeps persisting with Laca centrally and now Nketiah... That's like handicapping your own team before the game even begins. I've not felt Arsenal are playing 11v11 even without the red cards.
