Proud to donate $1000 to @BreakthroCancer Research in Ireland, specifically focused on the Lung Cancer Awareness Initiative.
This is possible due to the incredible efforts of Philip Ryan in honour of his Uncle Sully, a rabid @arsenal supporter who passed away from Lung Cancer a few years ago.

Thank you, #GoonerFamily!

And thank you to the @SacGooners of Sacramento, California, one of the legion of @arsenalamerica branches that have community and charity foremost in their minds.

The recently also raised and donated $1000 to GVC via a scarf sale and other efforts!

The funds will be donated to charities supporting cures of the cancers that are most important to the folks that took it upon themselves to raise funds.

It is so appreciated when folks believe in the mission of GVC and put effort into raising much needed funds.

Thank you!!

[Gooners V Cancer @GoonersVCancer]

#GoonersVCancer would like to recognize the incredible initiative and generosity of two entities that independently decided to put effort/energy into raising funds for GVC and cancer research/support charities.

A belated but massive THANK YOU to the @OrlandoGoonerz - who raised nearly $500 for #GoonersVCancer during their Champions League Final game watch event!

It's always touching and meaningful when groups decide on their own to raise funds for this important cause.

THANK YOU!
