I'm being scammed by @LGIndia . i had ordered 2 monitor total worth of 50'000 INR. I accepted 1 monitor and rejected the delivery for other one.
Now when i contacted the customer care, they are mentioning both monitor were delivered.

@amitspec @LGIndia i am pretty sure. LG is running very large scale of Scam in India. Gov should investigate seriously. I lost around 50'000 INR to 2 LG monitor which were never delivered to me.

I kept calling them everyday to know the status of complaints, after 2-3 days they closed my complaints stating some sen. person had looked into it. Totally bullshit. I asked them to reopen again and there has been no resolution so far.

@LGIndia @jagograhakjago @LGE_Global had emailed their official @LGIndia mail at [email protected] and look like no one read the customer complaints email. This is total Scam. I was shocked the way they communicate with customer, its total bullshit.

On June 15 I registered the complaint that it showing me delivered without actual delivery . Since then atleast 30th time I had connected with @lgindia customer support and they’re so incompetent that they couldn’t able to figure out if the item were delivered or not .

@LGIndia @jagograhakjago @LGE_Global on their official site, both of the product https://t.co/JPiM3TRJqi and https://t.co/TS6FgX0KvX is showing delivered. but when you open the first product showing in the image 34g600a-b, the tracking id attached to it will show the item were out for returned.

@sushantsareen It’ll be very hard to implement these reforms on the ground. Babus will not let it happens. Babus are everywhere including current government , from big cities to small village they have huge influence. Reforming means punishing the main character. Let’s see.
