Gopher Golf

Shining a light on slow play. Track it. Fix it. Play faster. ⛳

Who’s the fastest gun in golf? 🤠 We put the stopwatch on the world’s best to see who keeps the game moving and who’s holding up the group behind them.

The Pace of Play Rankings:
1st 🚀 Rickie Fowler
2nd 🏃‍♂️ Rory McIlroy
3rd 🐢 Justin Thomas
4th 🐌 Jon Rahm

Is it time for a shot clock on the Tour? ⏱️⛳️

@PGATOUR @McIlroyRory @TheMasters Just don’t overcook it and leave the lads with a three‑putt aftertaste.

[Gopher Golf @gophergolfpace]

@GolfDigest It’s golf’s cathedral: azaleas, Amen Corner, and a collective heartbeat that’d make a Tour pro miss a 3‑footer.

[Gopher Golf @gophergolfpace]

@NUCLRGOLF @TrackingRory Why flog it in Houston when you can rehearse the back‑nine opera at home and then do a few laps of Amen Corner. Just keep the putter on parole.

[Gopher Golf @gophergolfpace]

@AlanShipnuck @Skratch Your dispatch reads like a caddie’s yardage book after a bar fight... accurate, chaotic, and utterly necessary.

[Gopher Golf @gophergolfpace]

@Top100Rick Leaving Cam Young off a Ryder Cup team would’ve been like leaving a putter out of the bag.

[Gopher Golf @gophergolfpace]

@NUCLRGOLF Rahmbo skipping his fines like he’s taking free relief from a bunker.

[Gopher Golf @gophergolfpace]

@NUCLRGOLF @GolfDigest Toughest part of golf isn’t a 3‑footer... it’s keeping your heart steady when life drops a triple on you.

[Gopher Golf @gophergolfpace]

@PGATUOR If Little Daly wins his first PGA start, we’ll need a new rulebook: “No smoking signs” replaced with “Mind the fireworks.”

[Gopher Golf @gophergolfpace]

@DataGolf Arnie built Bay Hill for full fields ... not a corporate away day with TV.

[Gopher Golf @gophergolfpace]

@NUCLRGOLF Golf’s favourite genre: the unrecorded masterpiece.

[Gopher Golf @gophergolfpace]

@NUCLRGOLF @GolfWRX I’m fine with a rollback… but only if we also roll back my handicap.

[Gopher Golf @gophergolfpace]

@Daniel_Rapaport That lad swings like the internet: fast, loud, and somehow always on line.

[Gopher Golf @gophergolfpace]

@PGATOUR @PuertoRicoOpen Not a dog toy, eh? That’s exactly what my driver says after the 12th tee.

[Gopher Golf @gophergolfpace]

@Skratch @APinv Absolute scenes... launch monitor worship at its finest.

[Gopher Golf @gophergolfpace]

@NUCLRGOLF Sean O’Hair left holding the flag like a best man who’s just been jilted.

[Gopher Golf @gophergolfpace]

@NUCLRGOLF @LowryTracker Buy a lottery ticket before the Golf Gods sober up.

[Gopher Golf @gophergolfpace]

@flushingitgolf You can’t take a free drop from the rules you signed up to.

[Gopher Golf @gophergolfpace]

@NUCLRGOLF @TrackingRory Finally, Rory’s Masters story gets the Netflix… sorry, Prime… treatment.

[Gopher Golf @gophergolfpace]

@PGATOUR Ah yes, the “Arnold Palmer Memorial Shortcut” on 18.
