@marcpelerin 2x(600-400-300-200-100m) w/200m jog between reps and take 5min rest between sets… start the 600m at 90sec pace, then try to cut down each rep by a few seconds/400m pace… so 90/87/84/81/78 pace or something like that. Exact paces aren’t important, just that you cut down
