Third fire in a week that a ladder was needed for roof operations and had to be called from outside of EG because the EG ladder was broken. It's been OOS for over four weeks now.

I do not recommend using @step They have the absolute worst customer service that I have ever seen. Over 8 days without a substantive response or resolution.
