Scotland is remarkable, with far more Restore Britain supporters than the media will ever let us know about...
Our Scottish membership is about to overtake both Labour and Reform - incredible progress up here.
The timeline is so obvious it hurts.

At Ground Zero, after the last living person was pulled out, the search dogs stopped eating.
So the police did something nobody had written down in any manual.
They climbed into the rubble, lay down, and pretended to be alive.
More than 300 dogs worked the World Trade Center site. They came from every corner of the country, on trucks and in cargo holds, with handlers who had been trained to do one thing. Find people who are still breathing under the ground.
That is what a search and rescue dog is built for. Not bodies. Life. They are trained on live human scent. When they find it, they bark, they dig, they light up, and the handler rewards them, and the whole thing means something.
The last living person recovered from Ground Zero was a woman named Genelle Guzman-McMillan. She had been buried for 27 hours. A dog found her.
She was the last.
After that, the dogs kept going out on twelve-hour shifts, across sixteen acres of smoldering steel, at temperatures that burned their paws, and they found nobody.
Nobody.
Day after day.
The handlers noticed it first. The dogs were changing. Their tails were down. They were not eating. They would come off the pile and lie flat and not look at anyone.
A veterinarian named Cindy Otto, who spent ten days there working night shifts to care for the animals, put it plainly. The dogs had been sent to find life, and every day they were finding the opposite.
It was breaking them.
An NYPD officer named Famiglietti described what happened next.
They pulled everybody off the rubble. Then they asked for volunteers.
The volunteers, police officers, went out into the debris and hid themselves. Under beams. In voids. Curled up in pockets of concrete. They were told to lie down like they were hurt. Then the handlers sent the dogs in.
Picture that.
A grown man with a badge, a man who had spent the last week pulling friends out of that same pile, lying down in it on purpose. Face down. Holding still. Waiting for a dog.
And the dog comes over the top of the wreckage, and catches the scent, and barks, and digs, and finds a person who is warm and moving and alive.
And the handler says good girl, good boy, and the whole team celebrates.
They called them mock finds.
They did it for the dogs.
They did it so the dogs would remember what they were for.
One of those dogs was a two-year-old golden retriever named Bretagne. She came from Texas with her handler, Denise Corliss. It was her first deployment. They worked ten days at Ground Zero. They found no survivors.
But firefighters would come off the pile, stone-faced, not speaking, and see the dog, and something would break open in them. They would kneel down. They would put their face in her fur.
One day a man walked up to Bretagne and started petting her. He told Corliss his best friend loved golden retrievers.
Corliss asked where his friend was.
The man pointed at the pile.
"He's in there somewhere."
He kept petting the dog.
Bretagne went on to work Hurricane Katrina and Rita. She retired at 10. She was the last known surviving search dog of 9/11.
On June 6, 2016, at age 16, she was carried into a veterinary office in Texas to be put to sleep.
Outside, a dozen firefighters from her fire department stood in a line in their dress uniforms, in the heat, and saluted as she went past.
They draped her in an American flag on the way out.
Three hundred dogs went into that pile looking for the living.
They found one.
And when they could not find any more, the men they worked beside laid down in the rubble and let themselves be found, so the dogs would not lose heart.
That is the whole story of Ground Zero, really.
Nobody could save the dead.
So they saved each other. 🇺🇸
Last week I said ban all face coverings in a post but I’ve changed my mind.
Not because I suddenly like balaclavas. I don’t. It’s not a great look and is terrible optics if you want to get your point and opinions across.
But after the Portsmouth and Dover protest, and after reading a lot of the comments, I get it now.
A lot of those people aren’t what the media painted them as. They’re ordinary people. They care about their country, and more than that they care about their families and keeping them safe. They can see what’s happening and they don’t want to stand by and watch this country be purposely destroyed and the British people replaced in their own land.
British people never have we have always stood up throughout the generations to threats to our nation. We don’t stand idly by and the Patriots are certainly not standing idly by, they are peacefully but loudly letting their voices be heard.
They covered their faces because they know what happens if you don’t. The corrupt mainstream media come for you. The left comes for you and they destroy your livelihoods and tarnish your reputation with smears and lies like they did against the Patriots who protested peacefully in Portsmouth and Dover.
And it wasn’t even just the people on the left it was people who were supposed to be on our side who piled in as well.
I know this firsthand. They will destroy you. Your livelihood. Anything you love and dare care about. All because you stand against them and they don’t like your politics.
Then they call themselves the tolerant ones. They’re far from it and we certainly must be prepared and aware at what dark arts the left wing establishment will use and how low they will go to achieve their goals and agenda because I fear many don’t realise the enemy they are facing.
So no, I still don’t like face coverings. But I can see why the Patriots wore them.
The reasoning behind it was sound and reasonable.
We’re allowed to change our minds. I have, but I will add we must be better than our enemies if we are to defeat them.
As an Arab & a Muslim,I’m telling you:
Ban the Muslim Brotherhood from your
countries.
They’re cancer in society.
They tear it apart and pump
extremism into it.
Be smart. Just once.
It is the only pie in the world with its own legal definition, and it was invented so a working man could eat standing up in the cold.
The Scotch pie.
The case is hot water crust, which is pastry made with boiling water and fat rather than cold butter. That sounds like a small technical difference and it is actually the whole point. Hot water crust sets rigid. It stands up on its own without a tin, it holds its shape, and it will sit in your hand full of scalding meat without collapsing. It is not really pastry in the flaky sense. It is a container that happens to be edible.
Inside it, traditionally, minced mutton, well peppered. Beef only took over in the nineteen fifties and sixties.
And the lid sits low, sunk about a centimetre below the rim, which leaves a little well at the top. That well was not decoration. It was for beans, or gravy, or a spoonful of mashed potato, or an egg cracked in and baked. 📷
The pie as we know it comes out of the late seventeen and early eighteen hundreds, when it was sold as the penny mutton pie. Small, because a penny is small. There is an advert for them from a Dundee baker in 1865, and by then they were already ordinary.
Then football arrived and made them immortal. There is an advertisement in the Glasgow press from September 1892 promoting a match at Ibrox with hot pies and Bovril served. That is not a modern joke about Scottish football catering. That is the founding document of it.
The legal bit is real too. The Meat Pie and Sausage Roll Regulations of 1967 define a Scottish pie as a shallow cylindrical case, no more than five inches across, minced beef or mutton, no jelly, at least twenty per cent meat.
And since 1999 there has been a World Championship for them, started by a Fife butcher, judged every year in earnest.
No grand history, no royal patronage, no clan attached. Just a small hot thing that ordinary Scottish people have been eating on cold afternoons for two hundred years, and would defend to the death. 🏴👑🧬⚔️💪💙
The holiest shrine in Japan is about 13 years old.
It has been roughly that age, give or take,
since the year 690.
Ise Jingu, in Mie, is torn down and rebuilt
on the empty plot next to it every 20 years.
The last time was 2013. The next is 2033.
Sixty-two times so far.
I tried to think of anything else that has happened
sixty-two times in a row since 690,
and gave up somewhere around the Vikings.
Here is the part I keep coming back to.
A carpenter who builds it once will be too old
to build the next one.
So he builds it twice in his life,
once as an apprentice, once as a master,
and then hands the chisels to someone
who has only watched.
The 20 years was never about the building.
Cypress lasts longer than that.
The 20 years is for the people.
The 2033 rebuild needs around 13,000 cypress trees.
In 1923 the shrine planted a forest to grow them,
on a 200-year schedule.
Everyone who planted it is gone.
That forest now supplies about a quarter of the timber,
and a little more each cycle.
The old shrine isn't thrown away, either.
Its timber is cut down and sent to small shrines
across the country, some of them
rebuilding after floods and earthquakes.
Entry is free. It has always been free.
A brand-new building, older than almost anything
still standing in Europe.
I think it's the quietest definition of forever
I've ever come across.
I had to read this three times before I could believe it was real.
Rotherham. A small town in northern England.
For sixteen years, at least 1,400 children — some as young as eleven — were raped, gang-raped, and trafficked between cities by organized groups of men.
Eleven years old.
Petrol was poured on them so they would stay quiet.
Their families were threatened with death.
Photos were taken and used as blackmail.
The police knew.
The council knew.
The social workers knew.
For sixteen years, not one of them moved.
Why?
Because officers were afraid of being called racist if they acted on what they were seeing.
That was the whole reason.
While children were being sold, adults were protecting their own reputations.
That is the moment something in you breaks.
And here is the part that makes it worse.
The TV networks did not report it. The papers did not chase it.
When the journalist Andrew Norfolk finally broke the story, even he thought maybe 150 girls had been hurt.
The real number was 1,400.
He was staggered.
This should have been the biggest story of the decade. It was not.
The networks looked away. The advertisers preferred safer topics.
The cover-up did not end when the report was published — it continued in the silence of every newsroom that refused to chase it.
Then Elon Musk bought X.
The advertisers fled.
The press declared the platform finished.
X almost did not survive.
But it did.
And on X, the names of those towns started trending.
Rotherham.
Telford.
Rochdale.
Oldham.
Towns the country had been told to forget.
Britain understands itself differently today.
Not because the politicians confessed.
Not because the broadcasters apologized.
Because one platform refused to let it stay buried.
X almost did not survive.
1,400 children almost stayed forgotten.
That is worth saying out loud.
In 24 hours: one death, two attempts. Prevention on paper. Neglect in practice.
Yesterday a 29 year old died after jumping from a bridge in Glasgow’s east end.
Another young man was pulled back from a bridge.
Today a man in crisis was talked down.
Police told his partner he would go to Stobhill for a mental health assessment, then to the station.
He never went to Stobhill.
NHS hung up because he was “in custody.”
They held him so a nurse could see if he was fit for a criminal interview.
That is not care.
That is a man in crisis treated like a suspect.
We are done watching families lose sons and fathers while this government talks about prevention.
We are done with women being failed in our streets and men being left with nothing.
If you will not protect our people, do not expect silence.
We will hold the Scottish Government, the NHS and Police Scotland accountable.
If rapid change does not come, the pressure will not fade. It will grow. Take that seriously.
The latest official figures, for 2024, recorded 704 probable suicides in Scotland.
518 were men.
That is 74%.
The male rate was 2.9 times the female rate.

Do your job. Protect our people.
Britain’s water strategy in a nutshell:
▪️Sell off 35 reservoirs since 2017.
▪️Build no new reservoirs for 34 years.
▪️Approve 500 data centres that drink water like camels on a bender.
Then, the second the sun shows its face for a few weeks in summer, the water companies slap hosepipe bans on us.
Ah yes. The sacred Great British summer ritual: standing in a parched garden while a giant data centre in Slough is quietly necking enough water to keep a small town’s lawns green forever…so that someone in California can generate another AI image of a cat wearing a monocle.
But don’t worry. When your roses finally croak, just remember: the cloud never goes thirsty.
Priorities, Britain.
