My Art Frame TV turns on by itself at 4 am or other crazy times. I have spent more than 2 hours with the support desk and no one can help me. What is going on? Does anyone at Samsung know how to fix this? Apparently they can’t find the ambient option. Do NOT buy
@Uber_Support please HELP me. In Lisbon left accidentally bag in an Uber car and it has been 30 hours- followed instructions in app and driver hasn’t called and I need medicine that is in the purse. Am woman abroad from US and need help!! No one is telling me what is going on.
@Uber_Support how can I get help getting a purse back that I left in an Uber app car in Lisbon. Woman traveling from US and need migraine meds that are in the purse. It’s been more than 30 hours and no one is helping to call the driver. I have followed all app instructions. Help!
@VividSeats_Help please help me. I have been on the phone with your team now for 3 hours today. The event is today and I need help. I am now on hold for another 30 minutes already after spending two hours with three different people on the phone earlier.
A very horrible experience with @VividSeats. DO NOT but tix from them. My event is today, and we planned for it but I still don’t have tickets and after an hour with customer services they told me — I may or may not get the tix two hours before the event. What a mess!
@dcwater How awesome would it be if we could go into the database and type in our address to see if we are impacted. The map is actually not so easy to navigate for border neighborhoods
@CM_McDuffie The system crashed, do you know what is going on. Can someone give us an update of why this system keeps crashing. People are anxious and sitting by their computers and get error messages non stop. At least someone should tell us to stop, and when to start again

@MayorBowser Stop using the demand excuse and just admit to us that our tech vendor was the wrong choice, and you are investigating into why the site is a nightmare. Yesterday the 65+ fiasco wasn't a high volume issue and today COTCHA phrase wasn't either. Please investigate what is happening
@MayorBowser DC needs a better system of signing up. People would be far less anxious if they are told all the slots are taken, instead of being stuck on COTCHA phrase section that isn't working. Please investigate what is going on with your tech vendor, there are other vendors out there

@_DCHealth@MayorBowser This is getting crazy, this is not your first time doing this -- so horribly unprofessional to have people waste their time and you are just increasing the level of anxiety and lack of trust in DC government, if you are not ready to launch something DON'T have the Mayor announce

@MayorBowser Should people with qualifying conditions waste their time tomorrow trying to get an appointment or will the site still be ONLY people to over 65? Would be important to know so we don't waste more time! If you are not ready to open things up that's fine but don't promote it
