कोरोना महामारी के समय UPSC की तैयारी कर रहे लाखों परीक्षार्थियों का 2 साल का नुकसान हुआ। युवा लंबे समय से आयु सीमा में छूट, अतिरिक्त प्रयासों की अनुमति की गुहार लगा रहे हैं लेकिन उनकी आवाज को लगातार अनसुना किया जा रहा है।
