Good time to bring that in the year 2022 (2,25,620) Indians gave up their citizenship a record. By mid of 2023 these numbers had reached 1 lakh, it is projected to cross 3 lakh by the mid of 2024 when released. A rational decision, & more will follow it in pursuit of better life.
Meanwhile. India is busy giving freebies to the public, sacrificing merit and capitalism at the alter of mythical social justice. It cannot fly planes without American jet engines and cannot produce goods without Chinese components. It cannot defend against Chinese aggression without American intelligence and cannot manufacture without investments from both the US and China. It is unable to weed out American and Chinese centers of disinformation and disturbance, which simply proves that it can be infiltrated and subverted easily.
A country dependent on both poles is trying to pretend it is an emerging third pole when all it is doing is cutting deals to survive. In the end, it gets a raw deal. A listless leadership relies on small gains and big marketing to appease the marginal voter and by doing so, hangs onto power by a thread. India’s negotiating power to push back against the risk of a G2 setup will materially decline over time if it does not reform drastically. Those who are unable to understand the power vested in them by the Indian public will always find excuses for inaction. Worse, they will misjudge the intentions of adversaries and transient partners who are far more skilled in understanding how power works.
So far, incrementalism and half-baked domestic policies have rendered India incapable of delivering endogenous productivity gains and growth of any meaningful significance. In today’s competitive manufacturing landscape, opportunities must be created. They will not fall onto one’s lap. Unleashing India’s full potential will involve upgrading human capital, expanding natural resource development, investing in military R&D, and implementing industrial policies that target global market share as opposed to absolute volume output. Assessing progress and swiftly imposing costs on those who suggest flawed policies and poorly execute plans, is the minimum deterrent needed for delivering this.
If India is to create a multipolar world, it must start by becoming a credible alternative to China, indigenizing critical technologies rapidly, and cutting the best possible deal with the US. So far, the government is betting that a semi-educated population - that is already aging - is the greatest selling point for FDI and global supply chain diversification. A lot of talk about tech and indigenization is in the air. It is marketing. In this game, one cannot fake it till they make it. This strategy is bound to fail. Both the US and China aim to cut India’s strategic options to prevent the emergence of a new pole. By not reforming, India is playing into their hands.
I've noticed that Indian brain perceives humility and humbleness as a weakness; the more you show it to someone other than your friends and family, the more you will be pressed. It's better to be assertive and blunt in public places and at workplace.
Highlight from the presser:
Other than the fitness factor, feedback from the dressing room also played a role in SKY’s appointment as T20 captain ahead of Hardik Pandya.
Every time you are shown the All Time Career Test Runs list . You shake your head when reminded that Kallis also took 292 test wickets #Root#ENGvsWI#TrentBridge
“To all Thar owners and those considering buying one: Be aware of potential issues with the Thar’s complex engine.
In the Jaisalmer heat, my Thar’s tappet seals and gasket burned out after just a few hours of driving. Even after multiple replacements, the issue persisted.
Additionally, almost every Thar shows DPF and turbo burn marks on the bonnet when driven continuously for a few hours.
Mahindra needs to refine and recheck these engines to ensure they can handle harsh conditions.
Due to these ongoing problems, I decided to sell my Thar, which turned out to be the best decision of my life.”
Lastly, I changed two brand new Thars with countless showroom visits.”

#WATCH | Delhi: Vice Chief of the Air Staff, Air Marshal AP Singh says, "...Aatmaribharta is what we are riding on...But this aatmaribharta cannot be at the cost of nation's defence. Nation's defence comes first and foremost and if Indian Air Force or Indian forces have to ride on this aatmaribharta, it is only possible if everyone - from DRDO, to DPSU, to the private industry holds the hand and takes us to that path and don't let us deviate from that path. Because when it comes to national defence, there will be compulsions to deviate from their path in case we do not get the things that we need or the kind of system and weaponry that is required to survive in today's world. So, my humble request to each one of us here is that let's put a system in place where we are helping each other out in achieving the overall goal, which are our goals. It is not anybody else's...If we have to defend the nation, it is everybody's job. It is not just the job of a person in uniform..."
IAF:
1. Didn’t practice A2S bombing in Himalayas. Learnt it during combat in 1999. Lost few birds in the process
2. Knew PAF will respond post balakot. Didn’t have enough birds in the sky. Pilot broke the RoE and crossed the LoC - got shot and effectively ended the conflict with Pak having a higher hand
3. Air defense system shot down its own helicopter post Balakot
4. CDS died due to pilot error. India lost its first CDS because of pilot error
Amazing how Indian military works! Only imported maal. Else we will kill our own due to human errors free

Here's one way to better UPSC. Dilute the perks. No residence bigger than 2BHK for the first 10 years of service. Not more than one domestic help. No study tours or subsidy on anything, even unofficial trips. Nothing except a driver and car. Many will chicken out from the exam.
Free your children from the burden of looking after you when you're old, of making you proud, of being great in a career that you want for them, from sharing their salaries/pensions/wealth with you. Earn well, enjoy your life, save enough for your old age, plan. They don't owe you
I will try to explain. I have worked with and also employed graduates from NIFT. They helped me with one of the first designs of our wheelchair seats(waterfall cushion). They have also helped design iterations of the orthopedic/barefoot shoes and sandals we are working on. I think they create more value than 90% of engineering college students in India. So I believe govt should stop funding some of the bottom tier engineering colleges and move more funding to start and fund institutes like NIFT.
