Got Data?

The age of data has arrived. You could be sitting on a gold mine.

Here are the things AI Labs are paying $$$:👇

Age of Business:
3+ Years Old

Team Size:
Minimum 20+,
Ideally 50+

Systems:
CRMs
Slack
Emails
Code - Github
Designs, Files, Workflows, CAD drawings.

The more the better, the more connected they are with each other even better.
What does that mean?
-If team member 1 is in CRM, Slack, Emails, and other systems and can be traced. Then that data is more valuable.

My business is shut down:
No problem its still worth money your old records.

How / Why?
It helps make the models smarter, they learn on your data to get better at doing similar tasks. They call this RL (reenforcement learning)

How Much Could I Get?
You could earn anywhere from $!00,000 to over $5,000,000. Yes that's true.

How Much Does Korra @gotdataa charge?
We connect your directly with end buyers, the labs that will license your data for upto 3 years and pay you directly. No Middle Man. We charge you nothing. The labs pay us.

What else should I know?
Your data is de-identified. What that means is nothing that connects you or your company gets to the labs. Everything is cleaned, and only after your approval does it leave. Data Privacy is a critical part of this process.

Last thing to note: This demand might last for another year or it might last for many years. No one can say for sure. If your considering licensing your data.

Reach out to us through DM's or go to https://t.co/amj9oAJDjC and start talking to our assistant it will get you sorted.

p.s. if you know a business that is selling their data get in touch we pay the most in referral fee's.

[Korra - Got Data? @GotDataa]

@mdvacation0523 Spoke with a few experts who do it. According to them it is. Would love to talk to more.

How come RL labs don’t build their own outbound pipelines, processes, systems…. Or hire outside help?

I remember the CEO of a big lab mentioning how they lose deals that are already under LOI.

To me after talking to a whole bunch of labs / it’s clear what they need ….

Branding specialist
Performance Marketers
Sales leaders

Labs need to team up with a serious outbound team. OR eventually the outbound team is going to bring in the right help and team up with the frontier lab :)

None of this is rocket science. There is no moat.

[Korra - Got Data? @GotDataa]

@Freeman_Lewin @TryBrickroad You guys and maybe another two teams I know are the only people working on this problem.

A lot of demand for it.

It will bring balance to the force.

[Korra - Got Data? @GotDataa]

@Rebecca423698 Hi Rebecca , it’s quite a frenzy . The market is constantly changing.

[Korra - Got Data? @GotDataa]

@HumbleDanteh1 Our partners are all 50/50

DM me.

An HVAC company with over 100 employees got around $350K to $400K for its records. Not a tech company. Trucks, service calls, quotes, invoices. The kind of business most people would never think a lab cares about.

What made it worth that was pretty simple. Size, for one. More people doing the work means more records of how the work actually gets done. Then the systems. They had five of them connected, and that's what makes a really good lead for us. Buyers want to follow a job from the first call to the invoice, and they can't do that when everything sits in one place.

Then the years. Three years of job history at least, five preferably. Below that it gets harder to place, honestly. If you run a shop with 50+ people and your systems have been talking to each other for a while, I'd look at what you're holding before someone else tells you what it's worth.

[Korra - Got Data? @GotDataa]

@danhoyes03 Or what if they just decide to spend and build outbound pipelines. Get a few performance marketers…

[Korra - Got Data? @GotDataa]

Send a lab a deal and you wait.
Weeks sometimes.
Not because they don't want data, they're just buried in company records brokers send them that nobody asked for.

So we only send what fits.
The company size they want, the software it runs on, how many years of records it has.
If it doesn't fit, it doesn't go (a faster answer beats a fuller inbox).

If you're at a lab and your deal flow is a mess, DM me.

Always chasing the next high…

Mercor and Micro 1 have it figured out by using “experts” but their model is inefficient on supply side. But extremely lucrative for themselves.

Hence why such an effort to keep things in the dark / gatekeep.

The nature of a fast moving market and high margins is that it attracts new entrants. As new entrants arrive, the market starts to reveal itself as a result of more eyes on it. Resulting in more transparency and maturity.

Maturity leads to wider education and across all market participants, when you understand how things work you get to make informed decisions.

This is when supple and demand are forced to create an equilibrium. And where a platform like the one above makes sense….

It will lead to the downfall of alot of current players but when you zoom out / that’s just the way things go.

[Korra - Got Data? @GotDataa]

I keep converging on this conversation about businesses plugging into a platform that can D-ID and build tasks / RL env's.

Then the platform just connects to the labs. Takes a small platform fee %.

Turns this to an efficient market.

[Korra - Got Data? @GotDataa]

@danhoyes03 This is true more or less - right now.

The market is shifting. When markets move this fast / it means they’re going through rapid change.

The model will find equilibrium.

One where supply & demand learn to respect each other.

[Korra - Got Data? @GotDataa]

Labs are horrendous at getting back to us on files we send.

When something is hot, we are your number 1 priority, then you just disappear, when you lose interest.

We get it supply is going crazy- thanks to guys like us. That's the industry scaling. But you need to learn how to scale with it, fix your internal processes.

These tactics won't be tolerated much longer. The new generation of guys entering the market are not your typical brokers.

We come from a different world with access... Your inviting the wrong kind of competition.

Either fix it or accept your competition is going to take market share.

Your on notice.
