현재 보유하고 있는 수익 파이프라인

1. 본업(블로그 대행)
2. 부동산 월세

대략적으로 8개 정도의 파이프라인을 보유하고 있음

매달 평균적인 수익금액으로 따지면
크립토에서 나오는 수익이 제일 크고
나머지는 약간 부업 느낌으로 비슷한 수준

크립토만으로도 먹고살만큼은
충분히 수익을 낼수 있지만
이 시장 자체가 불안정하고
온체인 해킹이라는 리스크도 있기 때문에
최대한 다양한 파이프라인을 구축하려고 노력중

심적으로 가장 편안한 수익 파이프라인은
2번 3번 임대수익과 배당금이라고 생각함

그래서 앞으로는
다른 파이프라인에서
구축되는 수익을 3번 미국주식
포트폴리오 구축에 힘을 쓰려고 함

2번도 매력적이었는데 정부에서
부동산 임대업 하지 말라고하고
죄인 취급하니 조심해야겠지

파이프라인을 다각화하는 이유는
언제든지 하나가 무너져도
안정적으로 미래를 도모하기 위해서임

부업으로 월천만원 달성하고 내린 결론

원래 코인러였고 X도 크립토 관련
컨텐츠만 주구창창 올렸었음

근데 작년 10월 10일 이후로
5개월 넘게 방황했고
이제는 진짜 먹거리가 없고
이판 쉽지 않겠다고 결론을 내림

그 이후로 이것저것 찾아보다가
어차피 지금까지 3년 넘게
크립토 관련 SNS 운영을 해왔고
결은 비슷하니깐 해볼만하다고
판단하고 바로 도전

처음에는 쉽지 않았음
텔레그램에는 올렸지만
초반 10개 유튜브 채널 중에
7개는 허위콘텐츠 재사용컨텐츠로
벤먹고 채널 날라감

그럼에도 3개는 살아남았고
왜 살아남았는지 나름 열심히 분석함

결국은 진정성있는 컨텐츠가
초반에는 필요하다고 결론내렸고
이전에 올린글처럼 접근해서
수익 창출 채널을 하나씩 늘려감

결론적으로 부업을 통해서도
월천만원 이상을 달성했고
내가 내린 결론은 다음과 같음

코인 불장때 그 도파민 터지는
수익은 절대 못따라간다

즉 자본(시드)을 통해서 돈버는것이
어떻게 보면 제일 쉽다
(반대로 말하면 리스크도 크다)

앞으로는 부업으로 버는 돈은
무조건 S&P500 미국주식에
투자해 복리로 굴릴 생각

실제로 올해 내내 부업으로 돈 번은
다 그냥 미장에 투자하는중

이대로 3년만 유지하면
자본을 통해 얻는 수익이
갈아넣어서 부업을 통해 얻는 수익과
비슷해지는 시기가 올것

그때 부업을 줄여나가면 될듯
즉.. 앞으로 겁나게
열심히 더 부업해야한다

저 역시 똑같은 카테고리에
똑같은 소재의 영상을 올려도

어떤 채널은 조회수가 빵빵 터져서
수익도 많이 나오지만

어떤 채널은 신경을 더 쓰는것 같은데
계속 저조하고 빌빌거리죠

그래서 저는 항상 이말을 먼저합니다

"너무 진지하게 접근하지마"

그냥 툭툭 컨텐츠로 만들어보는겁니다

처음하는거니깐 불안하겠죠
근데 그 불안이라는 감정은
