@quidco Trying to raise a claim re declined cashback (whereby as far as I can tell, I broke no rules?), but it keeps freezing at stage 2, and I can't seem to find any way to speak to a human on the website, so coming here for advice please?

@QuornFoods Hi #Quorn & Happy Christmas; your Quorn Ham Roast joint comes in the plastic wrap, but I want to season the Quorn ham & glaze it w/honey to match the gammon I'm cooking the meat eaters. If I season then rewrap in foil will it be ok, or will it fall apart sans plastic?
