An Open Letter to Erling Haaland and Team Norway:
THANK YOU‼️
You showed what real class looks like...competing with integrity, treating opponents with dignity, and never once losing your composure.
The humor and lightness you brought even in the most intense moments was genuinely refreshing.
Your resilience when things got tough, the way you kept pushing with that quiet, unbreakable focus, and the sheer strength and presence you carried throughout… it was something special.
You didn’t just play hard. You played with character, pride, and a kind of team spirit that actually makes people want to cheer for you.
🇳🇴Thank you for your incredible work and for representing Norway in the most outstanding way!
Thank you for bringing the World together...
Norway is a reminder that nations are not something to be embarrassed by.
A people with a strong sense of history, a shared identity, and the confidence to celebrate their country without apology. Rather than weakening them, it gives them cohesion. We’ve been told that national pride is something be ashamed of. Yet the countries most admired around the world are often those most comfortable with who they are.
Nations aren’t the problem. They’re one of the greatest achievements of civilisation.
Norway is a lesson to us all.
Shocking Case in India: Public Punishment of the Perpetrators
In Sri Ganganagar, a 13-year-old schoolgirl was abducted, sold to hotel owners, and gang-raped by up to 32 men in groups over the course of five days. The perpetrators held her captive in several hotels, forced her to drink alcohol, and abused her daily in groups of up to six men. The minor survived the horror. Following a police raid, she was freed alive.
Outraged residents took matters into their own hands: They captured several perpetrators (at least 18 individuals), tied them together with ropes, and paraded them publicly through the streets—a clear form of public punishment and shaming. They then handed the bound men over to the police.
The authorities in Rajasthan responded with an iron fist: They ordered the demolition of all four hotels involved. The case has sparked nationwide outrage, not only due to the unimaginable brutality toward a child, but also because of the failure of the child protection system.
