Represented a client who is treated on a CTO and a DOLs. Consultant gave concerning evidence that he’s not sure if the DOLs is still in place and needs to check. Detaining someone under two legal frameworks and not know about is a bit concerning… #mentalhealth #mentalcapacity

@AndrewSperling Currently working with prisoner at HMP Gartree and after months of emailing the team there, we finically got the OM to visit my client to ‘explore options’ and this after weeks of me chasing for updates. We’re hoping to get him transferred to a psychiatric hospital. Utter madness
