@Zoomcar_India You can include an option to add pic of the key as well while pickup and drop just like you ask us to upload several pics about the condition and fuel gauge of the car to avoid such confusion in future.

@Zoomcar_India I wasn’t provided the original key in the 1st place. The car was a Maruti Suzuki Baleno and the key provided was that of Toyota. Either you check with the owner or provide me with the details and I’ll do it from my end.

@Zoomcar_India I did keep the keys in the car itself, and informed the same to CC representative when i got a call. The car was locked back using Zoomcar app and i double checked the same before leaving the car.
