Hey @makemytrip, I booked the same property twice via @HDFC_Bank concierge—once through @Cleartrip & once through you. Yours showed confirmed but now says "tech glitch." The hotel says you never booked it. Your team keeps giving conflicting updates. What’s going on?

@makemytripcare To be really honest, after trying to resolve this issue with your customer care for past 4-5 days, I have lost trust in you to resolve this. This is a month old booking and you guys are notifying me of your errors little too late.

I didn’t have any such issue with my @Cleartrip booking. Kudos to them! Now I have one confirmed booking and other with unknown status for 2 families traveling together in less than 1 week.

@Neilanjanb @Mizoram_Tourism @CMOMizoram The facility is old and not in the best condition but I don't see why he needs to be fired for government negligence. The place needs to be re-innovated to be at par with other lodges like hmuifang and they need to open a canteen/restaurant for visitors. (2/2)

Me and my wife stayed at Tamdil tourist lodge on 26th September and caretaker was NOT drunk. he was super helpful and even heated our dinner using the firewood as they don't have proper gas connection. @airtelindia Applied for airtel fiber connection 5 days ago and paid the money after being promised to get it installed within hours. The plan has already started on app 4 days back but no sign of installation even after multiple customer care calls. Are you guys running a scam?

@goairlinesindia @MoCA_GoI You guys have cancelled G8-513 Hyderabad-Chandigarh flight and refused to provide an alternative or a flight from Hyderabad-Delhi. My Senior Citizen parents are stuck in an unknown city. That's irresponsible. I feel like filing harassment lawsuit.

@goairlinesindia 2nd part of G8227 kolkata-delhi, delhi-srinagar was cancelled when passengers reached delhi and as per GA officials, they can send them back to Kolkata but passengers need to buy new tickets from kolkata-srinagar when weather clears up after 7 days. Is this fair?

@FinlandinIndia I have applied for Finland Tourist Visa (FIBG/080719/0006/01) via @VFSGlobal on July 8th and it's been almost an month now. My travel date is on August 8 and only 2 days are left. There have been no response via call/email. Please help.
