There are some high school football coaches perfectly happy following the rules, playing with whomever shows up, competing well every year in their non-D1 division and focused on producing good people, good citizens and good adults. If a principal has one, don't let them get away.
🎮 Dayyyyyy Week 1 , seems like the season got here fast cause we worked year around literally . Tonight is the start of something special . Let’s have some fun and change that narrative 💙🚀❤️
I love coaching where I coach.
Imagine being a high school athlete and your coach tells you that on Friday nights you get to play RB, LB, return kicks and punt the ball. You get to play 120+ snaps under the lights!
Compared to that kid who plays at a large high school with 120 kids on the roster and get's to play only one side of the ball. Maybe 60 snaps if he is lucky.
Play 10 games. Athlete #1 plays 1,200 snaps. Athlete #2 plays 600 snaps.
Smaller school football is where it's at.
But coach, I gotta play for a big school so I can get noticed by colleges.
Nah...
How about you play at a smaller school where you play 120+ plays per game, show how versatile you are and dominate your division.
College coaches will find you. I promise you that.
@JohnRoseforTN It’s nice having 10 Williamson county sheriffs living in my small town right on the Marshall/Williamson border.. it feels safer, yall keep driving them out lol
@RockyTopBucs@Oneal3B@TSSAA Some of these officials we’ve had recently may have 70 or 80’years of experience, I’d immediately be a top official in all sports including volleyball.. I’ll get back to it 1 day maybe.. I’ll make sure to tweet you a picture in my uni when I do lol
