@delhivery @help_delhivery @help_delhivery @delhivery I tried to raise complaint this unprofessional behaviour with customer care, but I couldn't connect to them over voice. It was just app support, drop a complaint thing. So I decided I would never take Delhivery service again ever @help_delhivery

Unprofessional behaviour by delivery agent and inaccessible service by Delhivery.@delhivery @help_delhivery .

[Chandan Gowda @Gowda1026]

@delhivery @help_delhivery @help_delhivery @delhivery I got very upset because how loose the system is, how can a delivery guy cancel the shipment as per his choice without any customer control or part in it? That too why will customer refused a parcel which is prepaid

[Chandan Gowda @Gowda1026]

@OlaElectric @ShreyansBafna7 guys, am mailing every day for call back request, there isn't response from support team, here for a customer you are responding by asking mobile to reached out. even i was ola electric customer too, i cancelled the booking on 21st January, still amount not refunded

[Chandan Gowda @Gowda1026]

[Chandan Gowda @Gowda1026]

@OlaElectric every time i mail, I just get this automated response mail. you people dont even have customer care number to reach out. please arrange a call to me ASAP. this is really disappointing, i dint expect this from @OlaElectric . havnt received refund yet

[Chandan Gowda @Gowda1026]

@OlaElectric hello there, mailing to [email protected] 4-5 times for call back, i get response that give 24hrs to respond, but not once i received the call or some response. i cancelled booking on 21st, but amt hasn't still refunded into my account.

[Chandan Gowda @Gowda1026]

@OlaElectric but the refund is supposed to be 20,499₹, not 20,000₹. 499₹ pre-booking was fully refundable amount. i have attached it below

[Chandan Gowda @Gowda1026]

@OlaElectric hello there, i cancelled the Order yesterday and am supposed receive the refund into my bank account. i received the mail from PayU on behalf of Ola that the refund is successful and refunded into my account, but when i check my bank statement, its not credited.
