I asked them to give me a room (so I can pay on the spot) for which they said today we can adjust a room but next two days no, for Which I really felt bad and I thought it was a bad day and I came out of the hotel at night 12 in a very cold day and got another room by 1:30 am

When I landed at night 10:30 at Amritsar in a very cold climate after 8 hours of long travel. The hotel reception did not allocate a room even though I have a confirmed booking

After 15mins of mixed conversation, while my travel team tried reaching MMT at night 1130 (no one answered) I finally thought it’s waste of time and energy which I don’t have any by that time
