you youtube video audio mixing is only in left side only if you record it in single track then render your video in mono sound settings always one sided audio is rendering. so please do rectify your upcoming videos.

Opened a Current Account through Video KYC on 24 Feb 2026. During field verification I clearly explained my business and provided GST & MSME certificates.

Same customer. Same documents. Different standards.

I ordered the product attached but I thought it was a shrink wrap since I searched the same but the website suggested this product so I ordered later received the product 1/n

Later received the product I was shocked that the product is just a plastic film but I was searched for shrink wrap you wrongly showed the wrong product and I ordered.
While asking for a return simply rejected 🙅
Very worst customer service.
Definitely it’s the last product

• Account opened via Video KYC on 24 Feb 2026
• Debit card received & activated on 2 Mar 2026
• Account suddenly closed without consultation
• No proper guidance from branch

Still no resolution.

No response from Branch Manager ❌
Even after submitting all documents — silence ❌

This is directly affecting my GST-linked business and seller accounts.
