Classic case of high profile cases ending like this. This is the history of the case. This case was one of the biggest coal allocation scam case involving Birla Group, when PM Manmohan Singh was holding charge of Coal Ministry.

Frankly - Bribe was there in this huge Birla Project and we all know where money went and PM Manmohan Singh was a mere signatory.

CBI made only officals as Accused and trial judge Bharat Parashar seeing Manmohan Singh's signature issued summons to him in 2015. That time special trial court was directly under Supreme Court's Coal Scam Bench headed by Justice RM Lodha.

Manmohan Singh (Read his Advocates), cunningly appraoched another Bench of Supreme Court to get Stay Order on summons and not went to concerned Coal Bench headed by Justice Lodha. CBI kept quiet and other Bench gave blanket Stay and the case was stayed from 2015.

Now CBI after 11 years closed the case. This is how high profile corruption cases are hushed up 😎

राम मंदिर चढ़ावा चोरी केस में अब 400 निजी सुरक्षाकर्मी रडार पर

राम मंदिर चढ़ावा चोरी मामले में जांच का दायरा अब और बड़ा होता दिख रहा है। सूत्रों के मुताबिक मंदिर परिसर में तैनात करीब 400 निजी सुरक्षाकर्मी जांच एजेंसियों के रडार पर हैं। उनकी ड्यूटी, रोस्टर, CCTV फुटेज, एंट्री-एग्जिट रिकॉर्ड और संदिग्ध गतिविधियों की पड़ताल की जा रही है।

सबसे बड़ा सवाल यह है कि केंद्र और राज्य सरकार की भारी सुरक्षा व्यवस्था के बावजूद मंदिर परिसर में इतनी बड़ी संख्या में निजी गार्ड क्यों लगाए गए थे?

सूत्रों का दावा है कि जिस निजी सुरक्षा कंपनी को यह जिम्मेदारी दी गई थी, वह RSS से जुड़े बिहार के एक पदाधिकारी से संबंधित बताई जाती है, जो पूर्व सांसद भी रह चुके हैं। इसी कंपनी पर ट्रस्ट हर महीने करीब 1 करोड़ रुपये खर्च करता था। यानी सालाना लगभग 12 करोड़ रुपये निजी सुरक्षा पर खर्च हो रहे थे।

जांच में यह भी देखा जा रहा है कि चढ़ावे के आवागमन के दौरान नियमों का पालन हुआ या कुछ लोगों को बिना जांच के आने-जाने की छूट दी गई। सवाल यह भी है कि अगर दान-पात्र, गिनती कक्ष और चढ़ावा रूट पर निजी सुरक्षा तैनात थी, तो चोरी और गड़बड़ी कैसे होती रही?

अब जांच सिर्फ गिनती कक्ष तक सीमित नहीं है। बैंक नियमों के उल्लंघन, ट्रस्ट की निगरानी, निजी सुरक्षाकर्मियों की भूमिका और करोड़ों के सुरक्षा खर्च तक सवालों के घेरे में हैं।

राम मंदिर चढ़ावा चोरी केस में हर दिन नया खुलासा हो रहा है, और जांच अब छोटे कर्मचारियों से आगे बढ़कर पूरे सुरक्षा और प्रबंधन सिस्टम की तरफ जाती दिख रही है।

ओडिशा में करीब 25 साल तक नवीन पटनायक CM रहे। कायस्थ समाज से आते हैं, और उनके टाइम में राज्य ने ठीक-ठाक विकास भी देखा. साथ ही उन्होंने खुलेआम जातिवाद को हवा नहीं दी। उस समय एजुकेशन में करीब 12% ST और 8% SC आरक्षण था, OBC आरक्षण नहीं था।

फिर पिछले चुनाव में नई सरकार आई, जिस पर ई. वी. रामासामी पेरियार वाली सोच का असर बताया जाता है। सत्ता में आते ही गेम बदल गया ST को 12% से बढ़ाकर 22.5%, SC को 8% से 16% और OBC को सीधे 0% से 11.5% कर दिया। अब बातें चल रही हैं कि इसे 27% तक भी ले जाया जा सकता है।

अब बंगाल में चुनाव आने वाले हैं, और वहां भी कुछ पार्टियां इसी तरह की लाइन पर पूरी ताकत लगा रही हैं। अगर वहां भी ऐसी सरकार आ गई, तो वही पैटर्न रिपीट हो सकता है आरक्षण, जाति की राजनीति और समाज को अलग-अलग हिस्सों में बांटना।

सीधी बात ये है अब फैसला “फॉरवर्ड समाज” को करना है।
या तो आने वाली पीढ़ियों को इस तरह की राजनीति में उलझाना है,
या फिर ऐसी लीडरशिप चुननी है जो सबको साथ लेकर चले, ना कि सिर्फ वोट बैंक के हिसाब से खेल खेले।

आज जो चुनोगे, वही कल की दिशा तय करेगा 👍

ये अलग बात है कि, नीतीश के दुबारा तीबारा भीम जपनाम पार्टी में आने पर उसी ने अपनी पगड़ी सरयू जी में उतार दिया गया था।

'भीम जपनाम पार्टी' में अक्सर वैसे लोग ज्यादा सफल होते हैं जो बाहर से आये हुए होते हैं, अब तो मुख्यमंत्री भी बनने लगे हैं।

विजय सिन्हा जैसे लोग आस हीं लगाए रह गए, DYCM भी गया. गनीमत है कि, अभीतक मंत्रालय नहीं गया है। हालांकि तलवार तो लटक हीं रहा है।

An old couple approached the Allahabad HC seeking maintenance from their daughter-in-law, stating that they were aged, illiterate, and financially dependent on their son during his lifetime.

After their son died in 2021, they were left without any means of sustenance. It was argued that all service-related and retiral benefits went to the wife, who is also a constable in the UP Police, and therefore should maintain them.

The court rejected their plea as per the law. A daughter-in-law is not required to maintain her deceased husband’s parents, even if she receives all the benefits and pension.

On the other hand, if a husband dies, the wife can claim maintenance from her in-laws. Even if she remarries, she can still claim her share in the ancestral property from the father-in-law.

That’s why clear communication and assurance are so important. If there is a real LPG shortage, come out and say it honestly. Give a timeline for normalization and suggest alternatives for the time being.

If there is no shortage, then say that clearly, repeatedly and round the clock, while cracking down nationwide on hoarding and rumor-mongering. Otherwise, you are allowing a situation similar to the COVID oxygen cylinder hoarding to develop all over again.
