Never been one to shy away from talking about mental health, so here it goes. The past few months have been rough - I’d argue brutal at times. I still try to power through, but it gets tiring.

All you ask for are more good days than bad days. Lately, it’s been leaning in the wrong direction. I know I’m not alone. I just felt like I had to get that off my chest. If anyone has any suggestions, I welcome them. And if you’re going through the same thing, just know you have my support.
