If you could connect Stripe and instantly see:
• What your SaaS is worth
• Why that changed today
• What would increase its valuation
Would you use it?
Building for indie hackers and micro-SaaS founders.
I think “predictable AI usage” is massively underserved.
Most AI providers optimize for scale and enterprise governance, while I’m much more interested in spend visibility, prepaid usage, realtime debugging, and safer experimentation.
Feels like AI infra still lacks a real developer-first control layer. What do you think?
One thing I hate about current AI APIs:
terrible spend control.
So I’m building Clouffi:
prepaid AI credits
realtime usage visibility
request replay/debugging
key-level budgets + limits
iDEAL/SEPA support
Trying to make AI infra feel predictable.
Most devs don’t ship SaaS because they get stuck wiring auth, billing, and infra.
I built a system to skip all of that.
Used it to launch a micro-SaaS in 2 days.
If I productize this, is that actually useful, or just another boilerplate?
If you need months to “validate” your idea,
you’re probably avoiding reality.
Most signals show up way earlier.
The problem is: we ignore them.

What’s the earliest sign you’ve seen that something wouldn’t work?
What ShipOrStop actually does:
tracks build vs sell time
checks how clear your problem is
looks at competition + differentiation
Then it tells you:
continue, pivot, or stop.
Nothing fancy. Just clarity.

@code_codeforge Here’s what I made. Definitely worth looking into if you’re running a startup and not sure whether you’re spending too much time building 😄

@heyblake Blake — you’re probably seeing a lot of tools here.
I’m building one that tells founders when to stop building.
Tracks time + gives a clear signal: continue, pivot, or stop.

The real problem isn’t building a startup.
It’s knowing when to stop.
Most founders just keep going and hope it works.
I built something that tracks your time
and tells you if it’s worth continuing.
