@KLM can’t quite understand why you tout the ability to be able to change tickets, but then won’t let me do it online? So I have to wait for another 30mins for the second time in two days to speak to someone which is an automated job? All I want to do is change my flight date.
@KLM 1. On phone for cumulative 1.5hrs to amend flight.
2. Don’t reply to WhatsApp at all.
2. They de-load your bag no matter your status. So now you sit at Schiphol waiting for an hour.
Bill them at €150 an hour and that’s my flight and flight change back. #fuming
