Millions will not survive the winter in #Afghanistan. We saw the distressing impact of starvation on babies at @MSF hosp in Herat. Families are selling a child to feed their other children. One of our team was asked if we want to buy a baby. @Imo_Anderson @sanjayganguly @gpjhill
