@bhx_official getting through the airport this morning was an absolute disgrace. 8 security machines, only 3 open and tens of thousands of people queuing. First and last time flying from this shambles of an airport. You should be embarrassed and ashamed.

@OctopusEnergy intelligent Octopus just is not reliable. I plug in and it just starts charging - at full price. Worse than that - peak rate. Doesn’t stop. It’s costing me a fortune. Why doesn’t it stop the car charging like it’s supposed to?
Hi @OctopusEnergy don’t get me wrong, I love intelligent and I love Octopus, but tonight I couldn’t stop the car charging when I plugged in, even tho I got a schedule straight away. Finally gave up after it pumped in almost 5kwh without stopping automatically. Is there an issue?
@OctopusEnergy my smart gas meter doesn’t connect with my electric smart meter so it doesn’t send gas readings. Is there anything you can do? Some energy companies fit boosters. Does Octopus?
