Current housing stock in GTA is either huge detachd house, huge townhome, or mid/hi rise condo. We need smaller detached bungalows(on small lots) as starter homes and transitional srs housing

This is transitional housing - recent retirees want 2 downsize & move out of large family home into smaller detached bungalow. 1/2

If UCI wants to tap into US & Cdn markets, perhaps they need to work with major networks to provide free coverage. There’s more darts than cycling.
