Grab a piece of paper and draw a line down the middle.

Label the left side "Old Story."
Write down the 5 to 10 limiting beliefs keeping you stuck right now.
Things like "I have to burn out to make good money" or "I always attract the wrong people."

Label the right side "New Story."
This is where your highest self takes the pen.

Rewrite every single block into a new perspective.
"Money flows to me without the struggle."
"I easily connect with souls who match my energy."
But writing it isn't enough. Here is where the actual shift happens.

Open your voice memo app.
Play a 528Hz healing frequency in the background (you can find one easily online).
Record yourself reading your New Story.
Your subconscious mind is wide open twice a day.

Right when you wake up, and right before you fall asleep.

Listen to that recording in those exact windows. Eyes closed.

Do it before you check a single email. Before you look at any text messages.
Old fears will eventually pop up during the day.

That is normal. Your nervous system is just stretching beyond what it thinks is possible.

When the doubt hits, don't fight it.
Just acknowledge it and say, "That’s the old story. I don’t feed you anymore."

I have a small confession.

Sometimes, even I try a ritual just hoping for a quick miracle.
Today was one of those days.

I was feeling a weird, heavy block around my work.
Nothing seemed to be moving.
So I walked into my kitchen.

I took exactly 7 cloves.
Added a little bit of cinnamon.
And I simply burned them together in a small glass bowl.

I wasn't doing a massive, complex ceremony.
I just wanted the stagnant energy to clear out of my space.

But a few hours later, I actually received an unexpected job offer.

I honestly don't know if it happened because of this.
Maybe it was just pure coincidence.
But the timing was definitely strange.

Cloves are fierce. They break down immediate barriers and clear blockages.
Cinnamon is an accelerator. It brings in prosperity, fast.
When you combine them with fire, your personal frequency shifts almost instantly.

Get the amount of cloves I mentioned and burn them tonight.
