For those who don’t take care of post arrest patients, a lot of updates will come, they’ll mostly describe things that are considered routine post-arrest care. Don’t try to read too much into them. 9 minutes of high quality CPR administered rapidly after an arrest is key.
Best circumstance cardiac arrest is what happened: witnessed, immediate CPR and defib, quick transfer to ER (built for exactly this). The rest in God’s hands. Praying for the rare outcome here.
Lemme know if you want to come over and check out The Front Seat Mask Museum in my car. I have about 5 different types each appropriate for or acquired from a different location.
Some got COVID on ‘em but it’s all dead because my car is about 140° in the sun.
@DeAnna4Congress Are you fucking stupid? Hospitals have no visitors, all elective procedures have been cancelled, and you’re sure as hell not allowed in the COVID wards. Even the people who are dying can’t have family members at their bedside. #FilmYourHospital
@DeAnna4Congress I would LOVE to get #FilmYourHospital trending but do you realize the true front liners (ME) CAN’T due to privacy? God I hope you’re not truly running for Congress.
Remain hopeful!
