Hi @grabph, just booked awhile ago at around 9:45 and di na sumipot yung driver. It’s been an hour and he’s still in the same place.... he won’t even respond to my messages. In the end, I booked an @angkas to get home. Not cancelling this at all, waiting for him to respond. 🤗

@grabph @LTFRB Your driver is a scammer! Asked me to cancel booking but when I refused, he passed by my location, flagged that he picked me up then charged my card without really picking me up.

@grabph Guess what this #GrabPH driver tried to make it seem that he’s arrived whereas he’s meters away from the pick up spot. Didn’t reply to the queries of where he is and when I tried to call him, didn’t pick up and cancelled my ride!! 😡😡😡

@grabph Please take note of this. Driver asked me to cancel despite telling him I'm willing to wait. In the end, I canceled because I need to get home as it's already 9:30PM. He's saying na 30mins daw, pero based sa app, 8mins lang.

I rarely complain about waiting for too long and drivers cancelling on me but tonight, I want to call the attention of @grabph about this driver. He is very near my pick-up point and is demanding for me to cancel. I hate this kind of MO. Please take action. @LTFRB

@grabph what do you plan to do about drivers who force their passengers to cancel because they don't want to pick them up, supposedly because they're too far away? You have provisions against customers cancelling, but most of the time it's your drivers who force us to.

Worst @grabph driver ever! He confirms to pick you up. Makes you wait an hour then tells you to cancel. When you do-you book again and it’s still him accepting and then yells at you because you have to go where he is. Verbatim “I will not pick you up. Go to me.”
