@DublinAirport The comparison to the assistance I received in Heathrow airport is stark. They went above and beyond to help a single travelling mother. As an Irish citizen I’m very disappointed.

@DublinAirport eventually I spoke with a member of staff who advised where my buggy may be. I had to wait 30 mins with a baby still in my arms and a case before it arrived on the oversized baggage carousel. There was no one around to help me assemble the buggy….

@DublinAirport no buggy at the gate, I had to walk some distance with baby in my arms, collect a case from the baggage hall and still no buggy or staff in the baggage area to provide information.
