I miss him so much while he is sick. I’ve been crying all afternoon b/c I’m afraid he might be dying. I hope the antibiotic just made him better and he finally did get unblocked he did urinate a lot. He heard me crying and talking to him and I heard him move around so he is alive

Benny is my dear sweet cat. I still think of him as a little kitten but he is 7 years old now. He has been with me during the very hardest years of my life and he is a wonderful support animal. I’ve never loved an animal before as much as I love this cat he is so sweet.

When your cat gently bumps or rubs its head against you, it’s marking you with its scent and declaring you part of its colony. Cats live in a scent-driven world, and bunting is their way of creating a shared olfactory identity among family members.

According to renowned cat behaviorist Pam Johnson-Bennett, this ritual allows cats to exchange pheromones so that everyone in their social group, including their human companions, carries the same familiar scent. It’s a powerful way of claiming territory and reinforcing social bonds while signaling safety and belonging.

Certified cat behavior consultant Ingrid Johnson adds that bunting is far more than a simple scent swap. It’s a genuine expression of feline love. By activating the scent glands located on their forehead and around their ears, cats are essentially saying: “You’re mine, you belong here, and I trust you.” They’re also politely “correcting” your natural human scent to make you smell like family.

Sweden is officially trading screens and tablets for physical books and handwriting to reverse a decline in reading skills.

Experts point out that while technology was championed to level the playing field, its unrestricted use has instead led to shorter attention spans and reduced retention among younger learners.

Scientific evidence strongly supports this retro transition. Research indicates that the physical act of handwriting activates complex neural networks governing motor skills, vision, memory, and language—cognitive benefits that are largely lost on a keyboard.

Furthermore, reading from a printed page provides critical spatial cues that aid comprehension, unlike digital screens that often subject students to cognitive fatigue and constant distractions.
