I DID go back & read Legendborn by @tracydeonn immediately after finishing. Completed re-read #4 Tuesday before I started the newly released sequel. Last night, I stayed up until after 2 a.m. reading. Woke up at 7 to keep reading. Told work I'd be late so I could finish. #worthit

Tomorrow's sessions start off with a presentation by Jeanne White-Ginder. I have seen her speak in person and virtually numerous times in the 20+ years I have worked in HIV services. I know her son Ryan's story by heart. And she still always makes me cry.
And then I came home and finished reading the 94th book of 2022.
My life is...weird.
But like Audre Lorde said: “I would never have chosen this path, but I am very glad to be who I am, here."
In the almost 13 years since she died, I have dreamed about my mom maybe once every 18 months or so. It's always disorienting, especially when dream-me forgets she has died. ...and that is how I woke up, exhausted, this morning.
"Are you planning to attend this upcoming webinar next month?" she asked. "And if so, are there days/times that don't work for you."
