@bt_uk ... cut off conversation mid flow. Still being chased for payment for a service I haven’t had for over a week. The only compensation that has been offered is £10 off the bill. 🙄

@bt_uk First of all raised an fault issue on the 11th March, it wasn’t acknowledge until I again raised another fault and complaint on the 14th March. Promised a call back on the 15th March no call. Promised the bill would be on hold- no it hasn’t. Try to speak to BT ...

They say a child of primary school age is able to distinguish between right and wrong. A simple task. So a teenage age 16 certainly would have been able to tell that what she was about to do was wrong especially based on current affairs. So I am glad it has been revoked.
