@MartinSLewis Due to this I’ve noticed my NatWest mortgage has already dropped their mortgage rates slightly (£250) a year less than the one we have. However were first time buyers and our mortgage hasn’t started yet. Would switching be more effort than it’s worth at this stage?

Has anyone else had a horrible cough/virus that doesn’t seem to go? Not Covid, but producing horrible cough that seems to go and then comes back with a vengeance?

@pollen when am I going to get my refund? Sent 3 emails no reply, 90 days is ridiculous for a refund anyway and you promise on your auto reply email that refunds will be in line with your terms and conditions. Clearly not because no one is getting any.

@jadeyyjones1 @pollen I’ve got my refund from my bank by raising a chargeback claim my bank assured me that the only way they will be able to fight this is if they can send my bank proof that they have already refunded me (which they can’t) and I have proof of the email stating it can take 90 days…
