@omnialnchristo Have you read Jacques Ellul's 'The Technological Society'? You might find it interesting. Kaczynski's 'Bible' but much less mad, murderous and bomb-y than him. Ellul was a theologian too.
@omnialnchristo Similiar thing happened in St Mary's in Warwick - the locals put the windows back together in the Beauchamp chapel as best as they could but some of the panels are mismatched with a slightly modernist effect (you can scroll through for more images).

@jazz_inmypants Dutch: Nu komt de aap uit de mouw. Something like “now the shit has really hit the fan”, literal translation “now the monkey is coming out of the sleeve”. Why no monkey idioms in English??
In my circular (lease model, hydrogen-powered) car with my circular (made of bread waste from sandwich factories) beer, likely going round in circles if it was actually on. Had a wonderful time at the Ellen… https://t.co/WlnyRizRGX
@Barclays stuck in limbo because you've twice delayed completion of my first ever house purchase because of 'system errors' you can't explain. Was really excited to get the keys last week, now stuck stressed out and having to pay out to movers and landlord - what's going on???
I realise I'm a bit late for #BadStockPhotosOfMyJob but I just found this gem demonstrating the user insight MIND MELD technique we know and love. Watch as this New Zealand researcher extracts the secrets of the property viewing process from a young real estate sales consultant.
Silly title, but (looks like) an interesting series on the people thanklessly taking on the "service chasm between filling out a government form and ordering a toaster", and why unsexy public sector innovation matters https://t.co/MH2iPBLwh2
