Here are the many reasons the council opposed the plans. Do you personally want to live somewhere where we don’t consider at least..

@lcthomas1212 @HAL9000Machine ..and local residents into accepting whatever they put forth after the fact. We shouldn’t incentivise this behaviour. They should lose money because it was a bad deal. The council should tax them an excessive amount for every day it sits empty…until they sell/develop…
