@DerrickNAACP Maybe just change student loan interest rate to zero? Then put a cap on credit card interest rates so they cannot exceed 5% over the prime lending rate. And have both applicable to current balances.

@ChecklistsforUS Definitely flatbed scanner. But, everyone has a camera and not many folks have a flatbed scanner. Also I would be a bit concerned that seller would damage the card while flipping it over on flatbed’s glass.
