@g__j @OctopusEnergy This sounds like a great win for the company. I wonder if it can resolve my complaint #1760311 raised on 30/07/25 and still outstanding however? My weekly and monthly gas readings disappeared from both my online account & app and apart from odd occasions haven't reappeared🥺
