@CrossCountryUK I'm on the delayed 1015 from Leeds to Plymouth. Looks to be terminating at Bristol TM now. What are the arrangements for travelling onward from there?

@nationalexpress the 2050hrs 504 from T2 to Plymouth is delayed until 2200hrs. No info from staff at T2 and live tracking is not working on your app. It even left Victoria early. How do I get compensation for this shambolic performance?
@GWRHelp@PhilCol00118684 You may be getting more queries about this clownshow service. 4 carriages missing on a 9 carriage service with all passengers still boarded. Reservations all cancelled, first class opened up to all. How can you run it with just under half your capacity missing?
@virginmedia - you've locked me out of my email account for some unknown reason. It was working fine less than 12 hours ago and now there's no access. Can you please explain why this has happened?
@virginmedia why is the wi-fi signal from my (not so) Superhub so unreliable? I'm 10ft away from it in the kitchen and the connection is up and down more often than a poor Premiership side. I can get a more reliable connection on my neighbour's router!

@virginmedia Looks like service is finally restored. Nobody remembers your 99% uptime, but they will remember how you handled your 1% downtime. You guys handle it badly. Every time, without fail.
