@pgh2o @internetchris_ I updated my contact info and still didn’t receive the robocall today saying the water was back. My landlord also said they did not receive a call. I appreciate you getting us our clean water back, but now would be the time to investigate why people aren’t receiving the calls.
@JenEngland@SamanthaFitz92@pgh2o I was getting contradicting information from the call center so I asked for a call back from a supervisor. Take it with a grain of salt though, no way to know who is being honest over there.
@SamanthaFitz92@pgh2o I got a call back from the dir of cust. svc. She said she isn’t sure what the delay was but that the first water samples did not actually go to the lab Sunday. The first set of samples went to the lab Monday afternoon and came back negative today. Hope for lift by tmrw midday.
.@pgh2o you need to communicate. If the samples are positive, tell us. You promised an update and did not provide one. I just spoke to your call center and they said “I’m guessing the samples are bad and that’s why they aren’t saying anything but I don’t know”. @MayorEdGainey
