Hard to find, needs to be a good independent to get cheese that thick.

@echetus With the side off the case you could hear the desktop GPU making quiet little "chunka chunka" noises when generating outputs with some of the local models. Old HDD "it's thinking" vibes.

@saveusculture Research machine broke, been on old 2012 laptop with 4GB RAM & mobile i5. Never realised how much stuff I could get done in the FFT domain. Sent me down a totally different path.

@BitPaine Have a heavy item near the scales you can pick up on the 2nd weigh to reset the memory logic. Weigh three times between resets, then average. Or just buy an analogue one and accept the lack of accuracy.
