@AmericanAir so still waiting for customer relations to provide me with a refund. 4wks after being downgraded from business to economy due to aircraft problems. I’m now being completely ignored and would like details of the regulator so I can start complaint.

@AmericanAir just landed in LHR from CLT after being downgraded from business to coach due to change of plane. Sent a $600 voucher as sorry i’ll never use and a partial ticket refund direct to my client who has already been paid by me in full. Paired with rudeness from all staff
