@mikewall357 @jjones9 Everyone else in the race. If it’s done prior to the finish line it’s taunting and not celebrating. Take your pick- either his hand gesture is “ring me” or “checking the rear view mirror for your opponents”. Both are taunting your opponents before crossing the line.

Taunting happens while the event is still taking place.
The hand is raised well before the finish line. Holding one’s hand up in this fashion is a taunt referring to seeing your competition in the rear view mirror.
