@KFC_UKI easily the worst kfc I have been to. This is Southport city centre and waited over 30 mins for my food, the place is full of rubbish, tables covered with empty food and not a single person cleaning. Disgraceful and disgusting.

@arrivanorthwest I can understand a bus is delayed and eventually turns up but to simply disappear? This has happened numerous times where a bus is tracking on the app and then becomes ‘cancelled’ and doesn’t show up. Is there a fault with the app and the bus never existed to begin with?

@arrivanorthwest is it possible for an explanation on why buses suddenly become cancelled? My daughter was late for school again as the 53 bus that was due at seaforth road at 8.03 southbound on your app suddenly became ‘cancelled’. Does it fall down a pothole and disappear?
