I accepted voucher option from @tapairportugal because I want to travel next summer for wedding postponed from this year, but did not get the 20% enhancement on all the tickets. For one ticket I received voucher worth only 88.89% of what I had paid not 120%

#taprefund #tapairportugal @tapairportugal had announced that vouchers would be enhanced by 20% and valid two years. They have now deleted the 2 years from this page on https://t.co/7yQ3eQJfJ9!! What is going on? do they actually not want people to choose TAP in future?

@Aidy After a long wait of several weeks I got most of the money back apart from a mystery £360 charges for changes to the booking. Only changes were an upgrade to world traveller plus, but no charges were mentioned at the time and I have still no statement to confirm upgrade fees

I had return flights booked LHR to New York in late March. Cancelled by @British_Airways #BritishAirways. Telephoned for refund and on 18 March received refund for the seat selection, but still £000 for the actual tickets 3 weeks later.

@British_Airways Tell me what these change fees are? I can find no information on your website to justify this charge. I paid for an upgrade not a change to the flights and there were no additional charges at the time.
